Expressing Anger

READ THIS:
Anger is a human emotion that we all feel at one time or another. It is not the feeling that is problematic, rather it is our lack of knowledge of how to express anger which leads to so much sadness. In a family unit there is bound to be many times when one member is angry at another. How the individual chooses to express this feeling makes all the difference. When anger is repressed it tends to leak out into all aspects of the relationship. Learning how to communicate effectively when you feel angry with another is the key to happy relationships. 
Describe five ways to get anger out of your chest without hurting yourself or others.  Use the Internet to research for ways if necessary.  :0)

    2.Counting you can count till you fell beter.
    3.Sing a song that makes you calm down.
    4.Go some where quite and relax till you dont feel mad any more.
    5. Write a paper telling yourself your ok dont be mad and just calm dow.

  2. You can talk it over with who ever it is your mad at. But you always have to talk calmly and touch every little thing your mad about. If you berly pass by it, you wont really get the problem solved.

  4. If i am usually really angry i talk it out with my mom or a really close friend. I would just telll them how i feel and ask them for advice on what to do about it.Sometimes i just scream in my pillow or something. I can also just go some where that does not have a lot of noise and read a book until i calm down. Another way is i can sit in my room and listen to music.

  5. what i think its like put a pillow on your mouth and scream and that makes you feel better, or else like talk about your feelings with someone, also you can be at a place that really relax you alot, or else you can play something that can take you out of your mind, or like lisen to music and realx cry and cry tand that makes you feel a lilttle better well thats wat i do.

  6. One thing that you can do to get anger out of your chest is go to sleep. Talk to some one so you could get it out. Relax and take deep breaths. Go do something so the anger could go away. Go do an activity so tha you can forget about the anger and it could go away.

    1.Well one way for me to get anger off my chest is to go play anger cause it takes my mind off things and put that anger into confident way in soccer.
    2.Talk to someone who understands you & the sittuation your dealing with
    3.go to sleep,this way you sleep it off or just move on look forward not backwards don't let them see angry
    4.ignore it go out do something fun be angry but dont show it take that anger put some where else even if it means screaming it out
    5.take walk alone to cool off instead making situation worse .

  8. i think 1 one way to get your anger out is by talking to a friend and asking her for some advise. Another way can be by doing watever calms you down. And by just being alone and thinking about what your gonna do abut it.

  14. You can talk to adult that you are comfortable with or a really close friend thaty be facing the same problems. You can make each other feel better! If you really mad you can go at your room and get a pillow and yell as loud as you can!

    you should not get emotional adout the situation.
    we should keep thankfulness to others that either they hurted you or you hurted them.
    we all should talk to tthat person about the problem
    calm down a bit and just stay in a quiet place for a while maybe let your emotions out and sream.

  19. 5 ways that will help you when you are angry are.... Get a hacky sack or something and squish it, take deep breathes, listen to music, talk to someone, or draw..
